Why are there two versions of the same registration card, the same citation number, and even the same signature and seal time?

In fact, the same problem exists not only in environmental protection acceptance.



In Huqiu Branch of Suzhou Planning Bureau, Chen Jinrong obtained a copy of "Construction Planning License" and "Acceptance Certificate of Construction Planning". Similarly, there is a discrepancy between the two copies of photocopies issued by developers in real estate registration center.



The two certificates filed by the Planning Bureau indicate "property management room, one two storeys, 190 square meters", while the real estate registration center in Huqiu District is "supporting service rooms, one two storeys, 190 square meters".

The 201 housing is currently leased by a company called Xinyi housing. The company staff told the China Youth Daily Zhongqing Online reporter that they rented the house from their own hands, the annual rent of more than 200,000 yuan. ?



The procuratorate replied that it was not possible to exclude suspected crimes.



Chen Jinrong is still looking for a way to explain the problem of the community, even if something has nothing to do with the nature of the "commercial and residential dual-use housing" she initially wanted to understand.

Zhu Lansheng, deputy director of the High-tech Zone Bureau of Residential Construction, told Chen Jinrong about the "property management housing" registered in the private name. Some departments have made Chen Jinrong feel more helpless. For example, Li Jie, director of the Land Bureau of the High-tech Zone, declined Chen Jinrong's advice on the grounds that the case had entered the judicial process. In Li Jie's view, this is a question left over from history, not one person can say clearly, "We should consider the situation at that time, because the historical problem continues."
