Under the pressure of school attendance this year, many parents have fallen unexpectedly in the last step before landing. To curb the irrational price increase of school district housing, the government has also tried to provide a solution through policy.



At the end of February this year, the Ministry of Education announced in the notification of enrollment in primary and secondary schools in 2018 that the multi-school division should be actively and prudently promoted in places where the allocation of educational resources is not balanced and the impulse to choose schools is strong. Experts also pointed out that the core significance of this notice is that the education sector is trying to reduce parents'expectations of buying school district housing by increasing the ambiguity of the corresponding relationship between education resources and real estate, thus avoiding excessive speculation in school district housing.



As for the ultimate effect of these policies, experts also generally believe that the multi-school fragmentation policy may lead to school district housing prices rise fatigue, after the sky-priced school district housing phenomenon may also be reduced. The biggest impact will be some "corridor type" or poor housing school district housing.



But the unavoidable problem is that although the policy will curb the school district housing prices rise too fast, but in a short period of time the school district housing prices are almost impossible to fall significantly. After all, buying a school district into a good school is still the best choice for parents.



Statistics have shown that every year in Beijing, for example, there are few people who can pass Tsinghua University and Peking University in Miyun, Daxing, Shunyi, Shijingshan, Tongzhou, Yanqing, Mentougou and Pinggu. It is no exaggeration to say that nearly all the hundreds of Beijing students who pass the examination of North China University in Qing Dynasty are born in several districts in the city center, and even concentrated in several middle schools.



Therefore, it is also for various reasons, although various policies are trying to hold the price of school district housing, but school district housing is still the most special "luxury" in the field of commercial housing.
